Prohibited content<\/h2>\n<p>No threats of violence or harm against any person &#8211; zero tolerance. No personal addresses or phone numbers of private individuals (office contact info of public officials is fine). No spam, scams, or off-topic abuse. No knowingly false statements of fact.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Moderation<\/h2>\n<p>Commenting requires sign-in. Displayed comments are community-moderated: members report, the team reviews and removes. Repeat abusers are blocked. Removal standard: only what is demonstrably false, threatening, or prohibited comes down. Disputed-but-unresolved stays up.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Anonymity<\/h2>\n<p>Anonymous tips are accepted through the tip form and go straight to investigators, never displayed. Contact details are never shown and used only for follow-up.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Not our views<\/h2>\n<p>Displayed comments are the authors&#8217; alone. PSNICO endorses only its verified records.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Threats and reporting<\/h2>\n<p>Use the Report tab or write to ADMIN@PSNICO.ORG. Threat reports are fast-tracked, held from display, and credible threats may go to law enforcement.
