Comment Policy

1. Purpose

Tips aid investigation. Nothing on this site is a finding until verified against records. A tip is an allegation under review.

2. Prohibited content

No threats of violence or harm against any person – zero tolerance. No personal addresses or phone numbers of private individuals (office contact info of public officials is fine). No spam, scams, or off-topic abuse. No knowingly false statements of fact.

3. Moderation

Commenting requires sign-in. Displayed comments are community-moderated: members report, the team reviews and removes. Repeat abusers are blocked. Removal standard: only what is demonstrably false, threatening, or prohibited comes down. Disputed-but-unresolved stays up.

4. Anonymity

Anonymous tips are accepted through the tip form and go straight to investigators, never displayed. Contact details are never shown and used only for follow-up.

5. Not our views

Displayed comments are the authors’ alone. PSNICO endorses only its verified records.

6. Threats and reporting

Use the Report tab or write to ADMIN@PSNICO.ORG. Threat reports are fast-tracked, held from display, and credible threats may go to law enforcement. Every reporter gets an answer on the outcome.

7. Changes
